Yesterday Dan, Brian, and I finally watched Snakes on a Plane. It was extremely not bad. It was no where near as bad as I thought it would be. In fact once you "bought" (that's not the right word, more like "came to good heartedly accept") the basic premise of there being snakes on a plane it was surprisingly good with surprisingly realistic characters with development, and a lot of just fun and funny stuff thrown in to boot. It is definitely popcorn fodder: best seen with friends to snipe at and that's the point of the film. It knows what it's there for. And it provided a great line: "Time is tissue!" I would also love to think that Samuel L. Jackson knew none of the lines of dialogue going into each scene because his reactions to certain lines (the afore mentioned time is tissue being the most prominent) were amazing and classic.
