I am unhappied

"Some mornings it just doesn't seem worth it to gnaw through the leather straps." Emo Philips

That was this morning. I haven't been sleeping so hot. Then on Tuesday there was an earthquake around 4:30 am and something fell and woke me up around 4:30 am so I am assuming the two are related. Anyways I didn't sleep so hot after that which led to Wednesday night which equally went badly. I had a particularly bad nightmare, the kind in dazzling semi-awake "something is in my room," complete with sound! Ohhh yeah, I broke the FX budget on this one. So Wednesday night's sleep was restless at best, and waking to the sounds of my own screams at worst. I much prefer my "you stole my pillow" or "here comes the dumpster truck" style of semi-awake dreams. So I woke up Thursday (today) with a migraine. And called off school. Vicadin is illegal in Japan so my best friend on migraine days is not around. I took some Ibuprofen and went back to bed. I woke up again feeling better until I saw light. Light sensitivity is the last to go for me, so I was livin lavida vampire (only without the cool costumes, blood drinking, immortality, Buffy as my girlfriend, etc) Yesterday was pay day so Dan ordered pizzas for both of us. By then I was back to near humanity and things were looking up. Alas, I took a shower and had the classic bloody nose while drying my hair routine. It was one of those, "man my hair is really really wet, the water just keeps coming. Ohh wait it tastes like blood. Crap..." moments. So I guess there was blood drinking today after all. I guess I lived more of the vampire lifestyle than I thought. I would have traded blood drinking for Buffy though, I mean, given the choice.

Well it is almost 9:00 which will be my bedtime tonight. Hopefully tomorrow will happy me more than today. I will explain why I am using happy as a verb some other time.
